Justus Paz did an amazing job on my house! The before and after are truly night and day. He even did my driveway and front porch! I have some damage around my garage door and Justus made sure to take the time to scrub with a brush by hand to prevent further damage. I’m not sure what other company, especially owner, would do that. His work is exceptional and the communication both before and after left me feeling confident I’d made the right choice.

I’ve had issues with house washing companies in the past, but when these guys pulled up in front of my house, I knew I had finally finished weeding through the $99 guys with Home Depot pressure washers. I knew I had found a serious and professional organization who could meet my expectations. Except they surpassed them. I will be reaching out to y’all in the future for some repeat business.

I’ve used Performance & Soft Washing, LLC 3 years in a row and will not hesitate to call them again. I don’t know how Justus does it, but he leaves my house looking like new, with the siding, deck, screened porch walls and ceiling, and all the window and house trim sparkling white. It’s a big job considering that my house is on a woodsy lot and all the spiders, wasps, and lantern flies we get, along with my 2 dogs that leave muddy footprints all over the place. Big thank you to Justus and his helper. I am truly enjoying all the clean outdoor spaces. As homeowners we have a lot of maintenance and home improvement to perform, and it makes such a big difference when you are able to hire help and they do an amazing job and allow you to focus on other projects, with a feeling that you’ve just crossed off a major cleaning job off your list and it was done well.
